Is a Japanese form of therapy that aims to increase energy levels and promote relaxation and wellbeing. Reiki restores you to a state of balance by unlocking your body’s own natural healing abilities. It directly influences your central nervous system, it allows you to relax. Once you are relaxed physical, mental emotional and spiritual healing takes place. Reiki assists in resolving emotional distress by allowing healing energy to flow freely throughout the body. It can also help reduce stress and anxiety, which decreases pain perception as well. This 1 hour treatment will leave you feeling, relaxed, centred and revitalised.
